Went out to the garage yesterday and had a pool of brake fluid under my TR6. It appears that the master cylinder is leaking (badly).
I see prices for new brake master cylinders all over the place.
What do you guys reccommend I get?
Gimme a brake please!

edit: $281, $129, $119.... prices are crazy... they can't be all the same quality, can they?

Either Ted at TSI Imports or BPNW... Or you can rebuild it... The master cylinder is iron, not aluminum. So internal corrosion is usually nil. Any competent auto shop can rebuild, hone, clean, assemble, lube and bleed the master cylinder. Just get a good quality kit.. Again, either Ted at TSI Imports, in Ohio, Or British Parts Northwest..

my two and half cents worth.. HTH
