Brake M/C install -- correct?

I'm putting in my newly refurbished brake/clutch master cylinder today. I need it in place so that I can install the new brake lines. I expect I'll have to remove it again before all is done (the pedal box could really use to be cleaned and repainted), but it should be roughly assembled in the right spot.

Here's what I did (thankfully I did remember to take a picture before I removed it two years ago). Is this the correct assembly, keeping in mind that it's not adjusted at all.
