TR2/3/3A Brake line advice for my TR3

I'm getting ready to run brake lines and bought a length of 3/16 Poly-Armour line with 3/8-24 male nuts with ISO bubble flare (https://www.autozone.com/autozone/accesso...fier=85322_0_0_). I had good luck bending it, but not with screwing it into the brass fittings on my car. I can't seem to get it tight enough (even with stripping the nut using a flare nut wrench) so that the line won't move back and forth... it seems like this would leak if not completely tight.

Has anyone used this product with good results? Is that wiggle when the nut is completely tightened normal or not correct? I'm thinking of trying copper/nickel line next along with steel fittings from Fedhill (https://store.fedhillusa.com/britishgirlingbrakelinenutsandfittings.aspx) or NAPA also sells copper/nickel line and steel fittings (https://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?A=BK_6413347_0076381717&An=0).

Thanks for any advice

Wrong fittings, wrong flare.

If you buy from Moss or TRF, you're more likely to get the right parts.

Or you can continue "saving money" by buying more wrong parts and throwing them away. I'm sure that $10 or $20 will go a long way towards your funeral expenses.

Thanks for that link! I'll definitely be ordering from Moss or TRF as this probably isn't the best place to learn a new skill on or try and save a few dollars.
