I have a '63 BJ7, and the Rt rear drum needs to be turned. Problem is there is no mention in the Bentley shop book of the maximum it can be turned. Yrs ago it was dragging and now there is a noticeable loping when the brakes are applied.
Anyone know what the tolerance is for maximum turning?

Don't know about WI, but in CA if there's no 'official' minimum thickness spec no reputable shop or machinist will turn them. There's a law with fairly serious penalties for anybody who does it and gets caught (including loss of business license and possible jail time, I believe). Not an answer to your question, I know, but I searched everywhere--meaning: the Internet--and couldn't find specs, nor could the parts house who usually does machine work for me.
 
Scrap the turning, bought a used one from Fourintune. Great source of parts and knowledge- well recognized Healey restorer for many years.
