Working to get the Herald on the road... the brake pistons were stuck. I got the pistons to move, pushed in as suggested by the Buckeye Triumphs article. Two came out, two remain stuck. I've used air pressure, no luck. Maybe connect a master cylinder to the caliper? Time is running out. I want the car on the road in three weeks.

Either a brake line (as you say, master cylinder) or else hook up a grease gun to the inlet. Messy but usually moves it.

Are both stuck pistons in the same caliper? Once one is out you may need to reinstall it to get the other free. Sometimes it is best to use clamps and blocks to work first one then the other so in the end they are both close to coming out at the same time.
 
I sugget putting them back on the car and bleeding the system. Then, put a pad on the side with the "free" piston but NOT on the side with the stuck one. You're going to generate far more pressure with the original setup than you can duplicate with air, grease or just about anything else.
 
I tried using a master cylinder and hose connected to the caliper. No luck. I'll try putting things back together. Using the pedal probably can create more pressure than I can by pushing the cylinder in the vise.
