Brackets/tabs for wind wings

I have a set of wind wings that the former owner included when I bought my 100-6. I'm just now trying to install them and discovered that I am missing the brackets/tabs needed to attach them to the windshield (see picture).

Does anyone either have a source for them or could give me the dimensions so I can make them?
