That is how we feel here in the Northeast. It has to have been the wettest summer so far- at least as long as i can remember. July rainfalls in this area were Four times above normal. We havent seem much sunshine and temps have been no where near normal.

If your weather guys graduated from the same school as ours back here I wouldn't make any major plans... :crazyeyes:
