A while ago my wife came across a website that was looking for contributions for a book called "Not Quite What I Was Planning: Six-Word Memoirs by Writers Famous and Obscure" Her memoir was accepted and the book is out. The idea came from a story that Hemmingway was challenged to write a story in six words. He came up with "For Sale, baby shoes, never used." The editors are going to be on NPR's "Talk of the Nation" today. Here is the website www.sixwordmemoir.com
