Is anyone selling new bonnets with a hood scoop? I really like the way the small scoop on the LAT hood for Sunbeams look and wondered if there was anything like that for Spridgets.

if you're going for looks, there's plenty of aftermarket fiberglass kits that 3m glue into position - if you want the added air cooling and that body formed look, you might just want to cut a hole in the hood and fabricate a scoop and weld it in position. due to the fact that the hoods bow considerably when the single prop rod is up, i highly discourage bondo-ing an aftermarket kit to the top of the hood, the bondo is likely to crack if it bends the wrong way (correct me of i'm wrong). hope that helps.

I've not seen any, but there are many fiberglass hoods that you could buy to modify, so that you don't mess the the steel unit you have.
