I was down in Santa Cruz, Bolivia on a missionary trip this week.
very interesting place!
if you every wondered where all the junker cars go, it's probably Bolivia.
they prefer junkers because they are taxed 100% of the cars purchase price, in country purchase or out country.
Also, parking is not quite as regimented down there.(that silver van was parked like that for three days). Driving is just flat out crazy.
