BN2 dash Color

I'm restoring a 100 #231815 BN2. Original colors of Healey blue over OEW. It has the teal interior, original door and kick panels were covered over, and I'm unsure what color the dash should be. I suspect since it is a late build the dash should be black but some have said all Healey blue cars have a blue dash. The instrument pod on either is silver. I've read the guideline but don't have a clear answer. Any help greatly appreciated

My Healey Blue '54 BN1 had a black dash panel with silver instrument surround originally. I don't believe Healey blue was ever used on the dash panel during original manufacture. When I restored my car I went for navy blue to go with the leather trim.

Mine, also a 54 was Healey Blue. To my eye the dash was black, however as soon as I started to clean the dash it was very clear on the cloth that it was in fact a really dark blue.

According to the guidelines dark blue is correct. They then add "There may have been a change-over to black fascias on late BN2s (documentation islacking), " My dash is neither dark blue or black but it is a late car. I'm am tossed as to which option to go with. Thank you for your help.
