Blue Light Special

Glad they nabbed them. I don't think those idiots realize what sort of cameras are on-board these helicopters.
 
Finally - someone gets caught in the act!
Yesterday I saw a newer Dodge Charger,parked in a
handicapped space,with a ticket under the wiper arm.A
young guy came out & got in it.I think that he'll be rudely
reminded,when he pays the fine (around $1000 IFRC).

One of the best things ever was when I saw a big red Hummer pulling into a handicap space (without a permit) as I went into the local mall. When I came out, I saw the same Hummer being yanked out of the space at the end of tow truck
 
Usually no cop is around when these jerks pull their stunts. Weaving in and out at 90 mph on I-95 like its their private race track. What happens when someone changes lanes when the weaver comes up behind him? Many years ago, Esquire magazine ran an article about the "no blend" driver - the driver who refuses to go with the flow, either speeding in and out or poking along while traffic piles up behind them.
