Block coolant drain plug

My adventure with a mal functioning thermostat last week has inspired me to flush the cooling system. However, I'm stuck on step 1. Drain the coolant from the block. I've searched my car, this site, the net and the Workshop manual with no luck.

Where is the coolant drainage plug on a 79 Midget?
