TR6 Bleeding TR6 Brakes

Does anyone have a good method for bleeding the brakes on a TR6? I can't get any brake fluid to flow from the reservoir to the calipers (and out the tube).

Is the master a recent acquisition/replacement. If so, did you do a bench bleed of the master. If it is not, i.e. been on the car awhile, unbolt it from the reservoir and pull it away slightly, get a small mirror, or qtip type swab and check the rear of the master cylinder for fluid, it might be a leaker.
