Apologies for cross-posting, but this sheet I found from the old British Leyland US Competition Department seems to relate to the A-series engine in MG, AH Sprite, & Mini. It has some cam info, overheating advice, etc.

That's old stuff there for sure, before they even had the 649 cam, the highest valve lift they run back then was .394" we got street car cmas running higher valve lifts today, and trickiest race engine are doing about .550". for collection thats cool stuff, for technical data, it's a relic for sure.
