I need to replace the laygear in my 1964 BJ8 transmission; should I:
1) Buy the new one-piece reproduction laygear now available from Moss or AH Spares? or
2) Buy the reconditioned ones where they weld on the front gear and use the original 2, 3 and 4 gears.
Advantage or disadvantage with either one?
