Wanted BJ8 Jack and complete Tool Kit

I'm beginning to lose hope of ever locating the correct jack and the full tool kit for my late model Mark III BJ8. I understand that the jack has to be model LC225 with cast markings CA 259 or CA 311 on it. Even though it appears good quality, I don't want to buy a reproduction tool bag as can be seen on Moss motors.
Happy to pay a good price for either or both items, including shipping to the US if from outside the US. Thanks for any help.
