Just need a block but will buy a partial or complete BJ8 engine.

I have two extra engines. Do you remember the stamping number on the block? I am sure one is either a BJ7 or 8.

It would be a the block that has the dipstick in the slightly higher location. Different from all of the earlier 6 cylinder blocks. If you could text me a photo, or photos, I can confirm the block I want. 503- four-oh-seven -7788 .

I took a picture of the casting number, AEC 881 which is a BJ7. Sorry, I have not looked at the engine for years. I know the other engine is an early 3000 engine.

Found a block. Thank you.........But then it turned out to be cracked.
