So where does the tach cable go thru bulkhead? Didn't take it off so not sure where it goes through at. Picture would be nice, thks

Just to the left of the regulator in the smaller of the two holes if it is the same as my BT7-II

FWIW - Anderson Moment, P. 146 has pic of BJ7 engine compartment which is same as Njunear's pic above.
