well i keep having questions and you guys keep...patiently...answering them. so another one...are the doors drilled for the placement of the interior chrome door pulls? if not, is it necessary to dismantle the door trim to drill the holes? sheet metal screws or bolts? thanks for ideas, suggestions, and the correct way!!!

The doors are already drilled for sheet metal screws. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE LENGTH! A standard size screw is just long enough to work perfectly when the window is down yet scribe two vertical lines in the glass the first time you roll it up. (Ask me how I know) You'll have to file down a standard chrome screw and test fit to make sure you have proper clearance.

thanks rick. is there a measurement to locate the holes with the trim in place or will i have to remove the trim to locate the holes and then drill the trim?

thanks rick. since the upholstery screw was already in the approximate are i used that as a mounting point and drilled one hole per side. not the exact location, but maybe one of these days if i redo the door panels i will locate more properly. thanks for your help!!
