Many of us live in metro areas. I drive the expressway
several times per day.
Most of the vehicles are huge SUVs with one single person
inside and usually yackin' on a cell phone. It takes
60 minutes to 90 minutes to drive the ten miles into San Juan.
So that's like what 7 mph average and several gallons of fuel?
The Big Three need only look at past technology to pull
themselves into the here and now where fuel is gold and
metro area speed almost impossible anyway.
Here's technology that is proven and already exists:
