Do you have any detail pictures of them, so I could see how they mate up to the fender? If the entire perimeter's radius relies on the weld bead (or plastic filler), I may just leave well enough alone.

there have a radius on the weld side (2-3R) and 5-6mm step to fit on the fender.
I paid 580 +tax+ship for the pair.
