The engine looks like TR3 or TR4....or Ford? Can't tell

And I guess those wheels and drums are VW/Porsche.

Can't see much of the motor but it looks like probably a Ford as do the wheels. I can't read Czhech (sp) but I did see "Ford 93A" buried in the text. Probably a fair bet the it is Ford running gear. A lot of the cars of the era were. I'd like to se the suspension. It could be a whole Ford chassis.
 
These cars didn't sell well.

I wanted to see if Babelfish would translate this, but they have no Czech translators, so I found this site but it still came up with hard a difficult to comprehend translation. Anyone have a better resource for this?
