best seat belts for BJ7

Can anyone reccomend the best type of seat belt to use for my BJ7, having looked in the parts book they now offer 3-4 types ranging from the original to a 4 way harness.
I myself would like to stick with the original but are there any disadvantages ?
Also is it worth fitting belts in the back, i guess this would only be if my children wanted to come out but with the UK laws they have to sit on a booster cushion anyway so i guess i have answered my onw question, wouldn't be worth it.
Finially do i need all the seatbelts fitted for a MOT.

Rob, A few years ago when I put my BJ7 on the road for the first time after buying it, I bought a universal set from Moss. They were black web belting and black buckles with a red release button in the middle. I used them for years and were still on the car when I ultimately took it apart for restoration. The most significant difference from the original is that they had chrome plates on the attachment ends instead of the attachments used with the big 'I' hook. These plates bolted very nicely to the original threaded holes in the transmission tunnel and on the floor. This was a 2-point belt system. the closest thing I see in the cataloges now is in the Moss MGB/MGC cataloge in the front section where they display coloured pics of specialty items. It is part # 222-215. These may be the same belts I have. That pic is in black and white and I can't tell if the button is red.
 
If you want to use the tonneau cover while driving, you should consider the Moss detachable 3-point. You can thread through the flapped hole as needed. Not original but convenient.
