Bernard Schwartz

What a career. But, it's so tragic that such talented and lucky artists are often their own worst enemies.

Drugs, alcohol, the litany of problems. But, he raised a lot of money for charity, for that he should be remembered, too.

RIP, Tony.

I say we have a moratorium on death notices here. At least for a while...

Let's have some GOOD news!

More bad news and if your a Rockford fan like me, time for a black arm band.
Stephen J. Cannell passed today...

Sigh....

wow.

Cannell was one of the dominant (and deservedly so) TV writer-producer icons of the genre. I think Matt Nix is gonna be another.

He lived over here on Oahu for a couple of years. He was driving the Cadillac "sports" car, then. Came into our Acura dealership to pickup a friend of his who was dropping off his NSX( for another evaporator replacement). Nice amenable BALD HEADED gentleman... I was taken aback by his lack of hair, as all of the pictures until then showed him with a full head, some receding when he went with a "Caesar" style haircut.. Found out he was wearing a rug by that time..
