Lots of folks are still grabbing the URL in their browser address bar when posting YouTube video. If you do that, you will not embed the video, but only get a link to the video. Please use the "Share" URL for the YouTube video along with the "Insert Video" icon in the editor when posting videos.

Curious - I always copy/paste from the browser bar (in a separate window) and the video embeds fine. Just wanted to share in case that means something. I'm probably confused but I just tried it my usual way in the Music Game thread and it works. ??

Might be the URL you're grabbing is already a "share" video. Try one now and see what happens.
 
Sorry, I wasn't clear.
My embed is in the Music Game thread.
I posted the url text in my response here so you could see that it's not a "share" url. At least as I understand the difference.
