I heard that is easy to find one of those English round beachwood- wooden handled screwdrivers for a tr3 tool kit on the net, but I am nothaving any luck. What should I look under? Anyone know a source?

They come up on eBay every month or so. None now, but I'll keep my eyes open for any that show up.

Thanks you guys, it was a few years back when I hear to look for “I think”-- Vintage Made in England wooden handled screwdrivers--- I looked again and some did pop up, but they look a little different, and I am not sure plus I think Piggot said there are different types. I like the round headed one and some did come up, and I think it is supposed to be 7 ¼ inches, but again I think it might be best to find one on EBay from a seller that knows their stuff and is fair plus the patina . I do think some still exist. I mean the honest part, maybe.

The original is...well...really cheasy! It has a large, knobbed wood handle attached to a flat plate stamped steel point. The flat portion is (poorly) stamped with "SHELLEY". Alone it is not worth much...like $20 absolute maximum. As a set, I picked all my tools up for $120. That seems to be the low point for a full set. At $285, a gentleman from New Zealand has had no takers on a full set for over 3 years.

Go on eBay and search for "Sheffield screwdriver" in all categories. Sheffield also supplied TR3 screwdrivers.
