Battery plate rust hole-Solutions?

You could check on ebay too, there is a guy who advertises fairly regularly with replacement pieces that he makes up...looked pretty ok!

Mike, let me know if you see that auction again.

What's wrong with just using SS Sheet Metal Screws or even SS/Aluminum pop Rivets. If there is enough structure left there should be something left you can bridge across. Don't make the solution more complicated than the problem was originally. I always need new tools but I don't see what PosiDrive Screws will do over traditional screws.

#4 Pozi drive bit?
Hmmm... good question. I do not know if I have ever seen one. the #3 always worked for me.

Yeah, it's hard to find #4's. I've been lucky to find 1-3 in bit sets for multi-purpose screw drivers.

Thanks Trevor.I know where to go now. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif
