Basil's Bubbles

As I mentioned in a post in the Free for All forum, one of the presents my wife receeved recently was a portable bath-tub spa. It's like a pad you lay on and it shoots out thousands of air jets to massage your back(side). Well, I thought I'd add a little bubble bath to the mix. After about 10 seconds, I was pounding on the bathroom wall yelling for my wife "turn it off! turn it off!". She had trouble turing it off because she was laughing too hard.

You just earned a new "handle"........rather like the Mastercard ads.......botlle of bubble bath, $3. New aqua-jet machine for the tub, $30. Combining the two within camera range, priceless!!!!!

Well, I am glad my wife didn't have a camera when we ran out of dishwasher soap, so I thought regular dish soap would do.

Don't do it.

Klutz, you're not the only one that has tried that one. I second the motion on not doing it, as it makes the kitchen look much like Basils' bath.

A few years ago, my family and I were staying in a hotel in a "Whirlpool Suite". I think my kids were 1 and 3 at the time. The whirpool was just a double size bathtub with jets so we figured, what the heck, kids need a bath, they like bubble bath, why not?

Well, that's why not. Been there, done that, not really welcome at Best Western anymore.
