Basil? - still very slow access

I cannot get through to this place - I'm timimg out in the Mozilla browser. This IE browser gets me through, albeit at a disabled snail's pace. I've tried everything but cannot seem to consistently hook up to The Forum. I have no problem with any other sites. Very frustrating. Ideas anyone?

Yep very poorly this morning.
 
I noticed it was very slow this AM also and so I re-booted the server which did seem to help. I have opened a ticket with my web host and they are going to keep an eye on it. Since I share a server with other web sites, if one of the other sites gets bogged down, it can affect the entire server and all the sites on it. Best I can tell you now is that I'll try to keep an eye on it and let them know when I see problems. The only other options would be to buy a dedicated server (which I can't afford yet), or move to a new web host and hope for the best.

At this moment it seems fine, but earlier it was very slow. Next time its very slow I'll call them so they can see what might be causing the slowdown at that exact moment.

Yep Randy, but sometime your best just isn't good enough and you just can not get here or if you do!, you can not navigate. However, we will hang tight Basil---Keoke- /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hammer.gif
