There always seems to be interest in frame repairs so I've posted some photos of my project below. A backyard degreasing and sandblasting party followed by a trip to the welding shop for a full reinforcement package. Diff mounts boxed, mounting pins reinforced, towers braced and gusseted and the front suspension mounts linked to the steering rack. I was very fortunate to not find any serious problems with my frame, just the usual broken diff mount. I almost feel guilty hiding all this work beneath the car.

Thanks Shannon,
Those photos are from my days in Charlotte. Now the car is in a rented garage in Chicago, IL my new home. I'm still working on her. Putting the suspension back on the frame now, then the new motor & tranny. Just need to get the tub painted and interior installed. It's all a big puzzle now going back together. So, maybe next summer I'll drive down to NC.
