Thought we'd get the exterior walls up on a "home improvement" project. Started pish'n doon just before we got the last panel (Hardie panel....great stuff!) up. Herself's new sewing/laundry room. It'll give me another four or five feet of garage space. Tool chests will take the place of the washer/dryer & water heater. Still to lay ceramic tile down, do the electrical & various 'infrastructure' wiring for Cat-5, phone, TV, etc. Then the plumbing. An A/C chase and drywall last...

I'm gettin' too OLD fer this stuff! My knees are SORE. :madder:

EDIT: Forgot to add that I'll be cuttin' a "people door" hole in th' C.B. wall so there's ingress from the garage and from the outside back porch.

Rainy here too Doc - and cooler here than there I'm sure, no projects of that nature - watching Top Gear and then out to play in garage.

PS It's the Top Gear episode where Jeremy buys the Sprite

Quote by Jeremy: "Quite by accident I've bought a genuinely brilliant little car." (words to live by)

Hey doc, that's what friends are for. Round up a bud for some help and make it easier on YOU and your KNEES.
A sewing room? Baaah... your constructing a CAB walk-in cooler

Well it didnt rain here. Did manage a little project tho..makin room for a shed.

Wood. I can always use wood. Fireplace fodder?

I did my shed a few years ago, shoulda made it TWICE as big...

..Jus' sayin', Mark. *nudge-nudge*

I've been ~told~... "NO, we're NOT pluggin' a 'fridge in there. It's MY sewing room and laundry!"

I have a nefarious plan, tho.

i was thinking 16' x 20'

Its basic eng. Square ft needed X 2.5 = the space that you will be happy with.
Same thing with time of a project taking in the carib. Time allocated state side X 2 plus 4 manyanas

i was thinking 16' x 20'

30' x 40' for a start with room to expand. And running water, head, cable, internet, heat & air, etc.
