The leaky clutch slave cylinder I replaced today didn't fix the problem, the master is now leaking too. Supposedly, I can get one overnighted by my local Moss guy, and I'll have tommorrow to flog it. If that doesn't happen you may see me there in a pickup truck. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif

"Any way at all" would be better'n not going, IMO.

...we're stuck here with NO hope of going, pick-up or not.

Chuck!! GO!! Don't matter how! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Yep - Janet and I started out for the Townsend show a couple of weeks ago, only to turn around in Nashville due to a problem with the B. Drove the Montero over and enjoyed looking at the entries. However you get there, get there!

I'll be there and if the weather is anything like I think it may be I might like the a/c

I think that is common Chuck. When I replaced my leaky slave, the master then went bad a day or so later.

yeah I know I shoulda ordered both at the same time, but the mc is out and I'm waiting for my moss guy to call me to pickup the replacement. looks like it will be a pick up weekend. Is this the Kim deB syndrome?

But boy is first a bear.

final descision, pickup wins. I really won't have any fun changing the tranny in the parking lot.
