I came out of the movie theatre this past weekend and saw this. Thought I must be in Idaho, or maybe Arkansas.

Is there something odd about it? By the number of similar vehicles around here, I always thought it was a factory option, or possibly dealer installed.

Thats the VERY rare '54 Chevy rubber bumper model.
