Red midget is a '73, bought very cheap for parts for my race car (I wanted the engine). After I pulled the 1275 engine out of it, I felt it was too good to chop up (only 19,000 miles). So I installed an old 948 single carb engine that came from my A35 saloon (only 35 HP!). The '73 slow as molasses but it's fun in its own way......and it was basically free. The green race car is actually a '78 tub with round wheel arches added. It is running a 1275 (it used to have a 1500). ~This~ is our lake. Almost all of my Norwegian-American neighbours are from Staten Island. My old next door neighbour was a sea-captain from Norway. Had a beard and smoked a pipe......looked exactly like you would imagine a Norwegian sea-captain would look.
