Hi Guys

I seem to remember seeing some pictures on the forum of someone who converted the headlights on their B to those of a Mini Cooper. Does anyone have pictures of this conversion?

I'd like to do this on my B but need to see how it's done.

Thanks very much.
Kevin

That was a project of Tony Barnhill's doing. you will need to search thru the forums for photos. No idea if it'll ever be finished.

Search "Ssssssnake!" for threads.

There's also an MGB V8 conversion (Solarman on the MGE) in Canada that did this conversion.

Morspeed Performance also has some good pictures of such a conversion, I believe it is where Tony first saw them, but the site is currently disabled.

There was one at the show in New Orleans.Owned by Danny Varnado a member of the BMCNO. I don't seem to have a photo,but I'll keep looking. :crazyeyes:

Stuart. :cheers:

you can go back to see Tony's. one of the threads (and I can't find it now) had someone else post a pic of (their?) B with E type Jag (or Jag style) headlights - They were really sharp. Tried to find the pic but I can't

Thanks for link;
I couldn't figure out what was meant by "mini cooper" headlight, but I now I understand it was the MINI cooper style. Strangely, using all caps (MINI) is common when referring to the new “NEO-MINI” as opposed to Mini cooper being the classic body style. That helped a lot.
