Like most people here in central Illinois we are battling high gas prices, expensive groceries and an increase in the cost of most things. I suppose everyone is watching all of their pennies!

Thanks for the reply Jarhead. Yes feul is a bit pricey Au$1.66/litre is the most we paid on our trip. Bob

I'm not into litres but we are at US$3.28 a US gallon. I think there is a couple litres in a gallon which would put us in the same tank. Tell me about the natmeet. I have been down under once back in 1968. Only made it to Sydney for a few days of R & R. I would love to visit the whole area on a cross-country trip. To do it in a B would be wild. Do you have any pictures you can share? Isn't this internet something? Take care and have a safe trip!

I've looked a conversion chart and it says one US gallon equals 3.786 litres. This would make a US gallon worth Au$6.28. The Natmeet was held at Tamworth approx four hours drive NNW of Sydney. If you visit during a Natmeet you would not be the only US guy here[2US,2Sth African,2English]Natmeet 2009 Geelong,2010 Adelaide.I'll send you a PM about pictures. Bob
