Hello,

I always enjoy looking at pictures of Austin-Healeys, as I am sure all of you do.

If you have a website showing off your beauty and/or a website showing the progress of your restoration, could you please post the web link?

Thank you very much!
Bob

I don't have a website for my car, but there's over 4000 pictures of over 1000 Healeys on www.healeydata.com that you may enjoy.
Cheers

ALOT of Healey pictures in my gallery: www.rfdm.com/gallery

Many of the albums contain sub-albums, to keep some sort of order to various tasks.

Edit: in many of the newer albums, a second *click* on an opened picture will bring up the HIGH RESOLUTION image, for greater detail.

Thanks All!

I appreciate it! Lots of great photos!
I especially like looking at the cars at various stages of resto. It helps out with various projects on the car.

Hi Rick,

Thanks! Yes, the color of my Healey is Metallic Sage Green, an Austin Martin color. My car was restored by Knut Holzer. From what I understand, a friend of his saw this color going across the block at Barrett Jackson and asked Knut to do one just like Kurt's. So he did. Unfortunately with the turn of the market, his friend backed out of the deal and this is how I was able to buy it.

Overall, a very nice example. Like any new resto, it has its small issues. Even restored, these cars need to be "fine tuned" and broken in as initially driven.

Thanks again to you and others on this forum in helping to bring these works of art back to their full glory!

Bob

Somebody told me that Donald Healey wanted to do this color on the Healeys, but then production was ended and they never did...

Has anyone else ever heard this? Any possible documentation on this?

Thanks Guys!
Bob
