Austin Healey 100 Attach latch question

Im a new guy here so hope I am doing this the right way!
Im wondering if anyone can tell me how the latch attaches to the top rail
that attaches to the windshield. Its a Healey 100/6 BN4Longbridge. I cant
seem to get it attached. Thanks
