Atrophy - it's the devil's work I say!

yowsers!

the lil' mole hill I'm on kills me as it is...

I've signed on with sparkpeople.com, it's a great health and fitness site that's free. They help with everything from diet to motivation. It would be nice to have some other BCFers for a SparkTeam over there.

I can sympathize with the soreness. I just got the gym together, and moving in the morning can be a special effort. But I feel so much better, if you don't count the pain.

Matt, you've got PM.

About a mile of road from sea level up to maybe 1500 feet.

Greg .. not quite! The house sits about 820 feet above sea level (but it's about a 20% grade at points to get up the hill). I don't usually run up those hills (bicycle..yes) but drive to run on paths around Dana Point and Newport/Huntington or run off-road in the park just east of us. Here's a google map screen shot of the park area. Great running and mountain biking back there.

I saw. I need to upload to the galleries over here, but I have to do it from home, and I do most of my playing from work.

Man, that's an MG road - not a track!
