Sean Connery's own DB-5:

And whoever buys it, can adjust the height as desired!

Whoever buys it will have their mechanic take care of it.

A friend of mine ran an auto repair shop back in the early 1970s. Did a lot of restoration on Insurance Total Loss Claim cars. I worked with him at weekends helping out. One weekend he said we have a special coming in next week. It was an Aston Martin DB5 that had been stolen in the UK and recovered in Spain. There were bullet holes in the windshield where the Spanish police tried to stop the driver. Being a UK car they hit wthe wrong side. There was a little body damage.
It turned out great after many hours wet sanding the paint. He hated to sell it as it was such a great car and it was a chick magnet.

"to the correct Snow Shadow Grey, the correct shade of silver for Mr. Bond's Aston Martin."
"Silver Birch with a black leather interior."
"What color is 007 Aston Martin? The car sports special Ceramic Grey"

I always had the understanding Silver Birch was the correct color. Is this one of those bottomless pit discussions like what color is BRG?

Is there a hot wheels version? I can probably afford that

Will be interesting to see what happens with this auction. Owned by Sean (for a short time)... but not used or related to any of the movies and not in the original color.

As long as the new owner can boast "This was Sean Connery's Aston Martin!" - someone will buy it.

I am a Sean Connery fan and I would buy it for that reason. Oh wait! I don't have the money! Nevermind.

The UBSCC car show last weekend had a Aston Martin DB2/4 there that shows up almost every year. Very nice car. Probably worth on 500k.
