As I've Aged...

I've learned that:

One good turn gets most of the blankets.

Whatever hits the fan will not get evenly distributed.

You shouldn't compare yourself to others - they are more messed up than you think.

Depression is merely anger without enthusiasm.

Age is a very high price to pay for maturity.

Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

When I struggle to stand upright due to low back pain after overdoing the "honey do's" or from bending over the engine compartment of my car;
I think, "It's heck getting old!"

But then I think, "The alternative is much worse"
