Arm Rest

Getting used to the creature comforts of cars today, I find that on long highway drives in my TR6 it would be nice to have an arm rest for my right arm. I recall reading years ago and what I think I remember is that a Toyota Camry console can be modified and installed in a TR6. Does anybody know about this or have any suggestions?
Thanks,
brdave

I bought a Toyota one a few years back, haven't installed it but I think it was a late 80s Corolla. ISTR the person whi added one had to cut the front a bit but otherwiaswe was a great fit with storage. If I find the info I had, I'll post it.

I was just looking at a TR7 console, it looks like it could be a perfect fit for the TR6, (less the front half that goes around the shifter)it does have the center emergency brake cut out thats needed. Just a possiblility--maybe someone has tried one.

Consider the spitfire/gt6 armrest.

Thanks for the info. I will take a look at TR7, spitfire, GT6 consoles. Thanks Peter, the Camry console sounds very interesting if you happen to find any further info. Triumphconsoles.com looks good but I do not want to spend the big $$$$.
