I had to drive the last 75 miles with the top up on Sat.As it has been down the whole summer thought it would be a great time to clean it and clean the window. There is a a dirt line running across the middle.

The archive is huge so I said uncle and will ask all those concourse winners what they use on their top and windows.

Don,

I've had great results on my soft-top plastic windows with a product called Blue Magic Plastic Polish. Found it through an online aircraft supply shop for plexi-windows. It goes on and off like a wax. Works particularly well on scuff marks from folding the top. I use Lexol Vinylex on the black vinyl.

To clean the convertible acrylic windows before polishing them what is the favorite cleaner. Can I use the spray window cleaner in an aerosol can. Is says it works on acrylics.

Don,

I read somewhere that glass window cleaner is harmful to plastic windows - don't remember the where or why. As a result, I've only used liquid soap, water, and a cloth to clean. It's done a consistently good job.
