I have inner sills on my TR4 that are mostly solid but have rust areas that are not perforated.I was thinking of using a rust converter that turns rust from iron oxide to magnetite called Corraseal. The idea is to make these areas solid again rather than go thru the hassle of replacing the inner sills.Anyone have any experience with this product?

These will all work on a similar principal - isolate the rust from the air and prevent further decay. That product appears similar to the cavity wax used in the UK - and as long as the inner sill is as clean as possible it shouldn't hurt. I like to use a rust converter then a cavity wax for good measure. Make sure what every you use is warm when applied or it won't coat properly.
