Anyone used Car On Line Inspection Service?

I'm in the UK and need to get a car inspected in the US.
Has anyone used this service:

I haven't had occasion to use them.....but we do have several members in California who I believe might be willing to take a look at it for you. What kind of car is it and where is it? Let's see if we can get you sorted out!

Hi Guys - thanks for the replys. I'm just waiting for some info and photo's to be e-mailed. If the car "looks" any good and the info checks out I will need it inspected. Its one of Wally's Mk1 Lotus Cortina's ,and is located in San Bruno , CA. - Is this near any of you guys?

That's in Central California, near San Fransisco. I'm sure someone lives in that area.
