That's what I would call a Vauxhall Victor FB. Not a bad car at all, particularly by Vauxhall's usually low standards.
They sell in UK very cheaply - under $5,000 equivalent for one in tip-top coindition, which is a shame really, though good for the Vauxhall fan.
 
Weren't there a lot of Vauxhalls sold in Australia? I wonder if they were shipped as parts and assembled down there as the MGBs were?
