It showed up in an urelated Youtube video. I have never seen a wagon rear end like that. Google lens isn't helping me either.

any ideas?

Wild guess, but seems to be a customized mid-60's GM full size sedan, but I don't recognize the body crease. Interesting work, whatever it is.
 
Interesting indeed. I hadn't considered a custom. The quarter panel seems pontiac to me while the glass seems more ford.
 
I think it’s a 1963 Buick LeSabre wagon.
Have a look at the rear and it looks identical.

Close but I don't think so. The original rear end goes much further back. Also the Buick has a second body crease behind the rear wheel. The original does not.

I am actually now wondering whether the original is AI.

If you look at the door and the rear window of the car behind - it isn't right.

Likewise the third car (white) in the left hand row is unfamiliar.
