I'm interested in a car there,& am hoping someone could
give me a second opinion of it.
 
Looks like no one is in Billings.

Maybe they installed "One Way" signs on all the streets, and everyone drove out of town and couldn't get back.
 
I would drive over and check it out for you but I don't trust my cars that far from home.
