Anyone have any fiarly decent used black seat covers for a 74 B? The seats in my 74 are Autum leaf and I'd rather they be black. Not making a looker just a decent runner so worn seats won't kill me. If anyone has 'em just let me know.
Most of the panels are also Autum leaf but I'mm thinking about dying them or covering them with new black vinyl. If any one has an odd piece or two, let me know.
 
I have a set of black seat covers (both seats) from a '79 B. I had purchased the covers from either VB or Moss, I forget. Only about three years old. Sold the upright seat foams, still have the bottoms. The reason I took the seats out was to replace with Fiero seats. Covers in good shape except for one wear tear on the inside flap of one of the covers. If interested, contact me and I can send pictures of what they look like.

I have one that is not too bad from the passenger side from my 74B, but I threw away the drivers side when I replaced them with leather last year...make me an offer that will cover the shipping and how you want it, if you do. I also have a couple of black door panels that I bought on Ebay a couple of years ago, but decided to clean up my old ones instead. Not sure I want to part with them. Let me think about it this weekend...and see if I can find them for pics.

Along the same lines has anyone used regular seat foam instaed of the preormed that the catalogs offer? My leather is in great shape, but my foam is tired and the inserts sem needlessly expensive. I don't mind racking up the MG points, but don't want to throw it away either.

If you have bases that aren't crumbling, you can layer 1/2 inch sheet foam on them until you get what you like. Spray glue between layers. Trim with shears
